Automation History is the record of the changes that automation applied to your workloads. The history list shows the latest change for each workload, and each workload's Timeline shows every change, with the values before and after.
Automation is opt-in. Automation is disabled by default and enabled by you. When you enable automation, RealTheory can make configuration changes within the scope and parameters of your automation profiles, including any default values that you have not changed. See Automation Opt-In Requirements Explained.
The History List
Automation History lists each workload that automation changed, with the most recent change first. Last Status shows the result of the most recent change, for example Applied or Rolled back.
To open Automation History, navigate to Automation > Workloads > Automation History.
The Timeline
The Timeline shows each change as a card, newest first, and RealTheory marks the latest card Current. Each card shows when automation applied the change, the profile that applied the change, and each container's CPU and memory values before and after the change.
To open a workload's Timeline, click View Timeline in the workload's row.
Any user can view Automation History and Timelines. Users with the sys_admin or automation_admin role can roll back a change from any card. See Rolling Back an Automation Change.
