Prerequisite

To manually add Users to your RealTheory account, you must have one of the following roles assigned to your user account:

  • sys_admin

  • user_admin role

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Settings > Team > Users.

    • First name (required)

    • Last name (required)

    • Email (required)

    • Password (required)

    • Company (required)

  4. If you have either the sys_admin role or the group_admin role assigned to your user account, you can specify which groups the new User should be added to:

    • Click the appropriate group(s) to add the User

  5. Click Add User.

  6. Notify the new User of the following, which they will need to log in to RealTheory:

    • The account name used to create this RealTheory account

    • That they must update the temporary password as soon as possible
