Logging in Using Single Sign-On (SSO)

If your RealTheory administrators have set up single sign-on (SSO), you can use it to access your RealTheory User account.

Prerequisite

Single sign-on (SSO) must be configured for the RealTheory account.

Procedure

  1. In your browser, open the RealTheory portal.

  2. Click SSO.

  3. On the Sign in with SSO view, type the account name for your RealTheory account in Account Name.
    Note: If you do not know the Account Name, contact the system administrator for your RealTheory account.

  4. Click OK.

  5. If your credentials are successfully verified, the following will happen:

    • If you already have a User account, you will be logged in to RealTheory

    • If you do not already have a User account, your account will be created and you will be logged in to RealTheory

  6. If your credentials are not successfully verified, contact the system administrator for your RealTheory account.
