How To Find the Recommendations for a Given Cluster and Namespace
Background
RealTheory makes recommendations at the object level and aggregates those recommendations up to higher-level objects such as clusters, namespaces, and nodes to facilitate faster decision-making and to align with organizational roles and goals.
Solution
RealTheory provides several ways to retrieve the recommendations for a specific namespace in a specific cluster.
From the Visualization View
In the left-hand navigation menu, click Visualizations.
Locate the cluster of interest and double-click to drill in.
Note: You can use the Label Selector or Full Text search in the Find bar to quickly identify the cluster.
Locate the namespace of interest and single-click to open the information panel for the namespace.
Click the Recommendations tab to see the recommendations associated with the namespace.
From the Quick Views View
In the left-hand navigation menu, click Quick Views > Infrastructure > Clusters.
Locate the cluster of interest and double-click to drill in.
Note: You can use the Label Selector or Full Text search in the Find bar to quickly identify the cluster.
Locate the namespace of interest and single-click to open the information panel for the namespace.
Click the Recommendations tab to see the recommendations associated with the namespace.
From the Recommendations View
In the left-hand navigation menu, click Recommendations.
In the Cluster dropdown, click Select Cluster….
In the Select Cluster modal, locate the cluster of interest.
Note: You can use the Label Selector or Full Text search in the Find bar to locate the cluster quickly.
Click on the cluster and then click Select.
In the Namespace dropdown, click Select Namespace….
In the Select Namespace modal, locate the namespace of interest.
Note: You can use the Label Selector or Full Text search in the Find bar to locate the namespace quickly.
Click on the namespace and then click Select.
The view will display recommendations for the selected cluster and namespace.
Note: You can use the Impact, Category, and Object dropdowns to further filter the list of recommendations.
